Processing Time:
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day.

Shipping Times (Australia):

• Standard Shipping: 3–8 business days

• Express Shipping: 1–3 business days

International Shipping:
We currently ship internationally to select countries. Delivery times may vary depending on location and customs clearance processes.

Shipping Costs:
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected delivery method.

Order Tracking:
Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your parcel’s journey.

Delays & Lost Packages:
We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by postal carriers, customs, or incorrect shipping information provided at checkout. However, if your order does not arrive within a reasonable timeframe, please contact us at kyenormous@gmail.com and we’ll help investigate.
